Hello there 🙂. My name is Shoki and I am a conqueror.
In February 2005 my mother passed away. I was only 9 years old. I had been battling depression and anxiety from the age of 14. In 2019 I was at my lowest point. Depression almost claimed my life. But I decided to fight and God delivered me🙌🏾.
I decided to start this blog to share my story and share pockets of peace to help anyone struggling with mental illness.
This is my diary and I want to share it with you. Walk with me as I cry, laugh and scream. I want this to be a safe space for all of us.
